Exchange & Returns Policy

Overview

At Ri Collections, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging along with all tags and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Gift Cards
  • Handbags
  • Fancy/Delicate Items
  • Imported Articles
  • Cosmetics
  • Health and Personal Care Items
  • Intimate or Sanitary Goods
  • Hazardous Materials, Flammable Liquids, or Gases

Please note: Perishable goods such as food and flowers are also non-returnable.


Partial Refunds

In specific cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Books or items showing obvious signs of use
  • Returns made due to a change of mind
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account, or microfinance account) within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale and discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us via email at info@ricollections.com or WhatsApp at +92 320 4878796 to receive the return address and instructions.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once your return is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to the return address provided by our team.

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
